I'm a photographer, and this blog is all about sharing my work. Through the images presented here I hope you'll experience the fun, energy, honesty and emotion I have been entrusted to document.

I specialize in the photography of family history because I love to create memorable images of real life, both for you and for your entire family. If that sounds interesting, drop me a line. I’d love to talk with you.

Until then, welcome.

Angelica + Vadim are Married

October 21st, 2010

Angie was a guest at Christiane and Yves’ wedding last year, and when it was her turn to shine I got the call. What a great couple!

This was more of a fashionista-type shoot, as that’s what Angie was after. We had a few hours to explore the downtown area, and we made the most of it. I have to say Angie, you are an absolute trooper…this was not the warmest of days but you can’t tell at all from the photos. Well done! :)

  2. Christiane wrote “Yay ! :) Those are amazing, just as you are, beautiful cousin !”
  3. Donna wrote “Love, love, love them!!! The one of the 2 of you on the couch is classic and could be the cover of a wedding magazine!!! Can't wait to see the rest! Amazing photography!”

A Year in Emily’s Life, Session One

May 2nd, 2010

Erika and Michael will be familiar to you if you have poked around here before, and I was very happy to hear that these two wonderful people were expecting their second child. Their previous maternity session was done in and around their home, so we put a more urban flair to their maternity session this time around. Between Majors Hill Park and the National Art Gallery, we had a blast and created some great imagery too. She was just about ready to pop, so it won’t be much longer now! :)

Shirlie + David: Engaged

December 30th, 2009

I met up with these two while they were in town over the holidays. We wandered around the market, creating some neat stuff for their engagement session. Can’t wait for your wedding guys!
