I'm a photographer, and this blog is all about sharing my work. Through the images presented here I hope you'll experience the fun, energy, honesty and emotion I have been entrusted to document.

I specialize in the photography of family history because I love to create memorable images of real life, both for you and for your entire family. If that sounds interesting, drop me a line. I’d love to talk with you.

Until then, welcome.

‘Mooneys Bay’ Entries

Monique + Nelson, Wet

Monique wanted to do some neat stuff in Mooneys Bay on the evening of her wedding, but we were kicked out at the last minute by the park by-law officers. So we went back a few months later and took the plunge! We had a lot of fun, and it gave me a chance to do some photography that is out of the ordinary :) I can’t wait for someone else to want to try this type of thing…I now have an underwater camera just itching to be used! Let me know if you’d like to give it a try!

Monique + Nelson are Married

May 26th, 2007

Monique and Nelson came in from out of town to celebrate their wedding at the Rockcliffe Pavillion. Their reception was at the St Elias Centre, across from Mooney’s Bay.

This was going to be a very special wedding, because, at the end of the night, the three of us were going to do some edgy stuff actually in the water! At about 10:45 we were at the beach, and I was already in up to my waist, when the bylaw dudes came by to tell us that the park was now closed! Doh! We made plans to do it on their next trip into town though, so we’ll get some of that later this summer :)
